Everyday Automations
Automate the handoffs between the tools you already run.
Bring one stalled workflow. We scope intake, routing, and delivery during onboarding, then build against written acceptance criteria.
How the work goes
Bring work in, classify it, and hand it off without hopping between dashboards.
- 01 Intake Requests arrive from email, forms, chat, or your existing tools.
- 02 Route Rules decide ownership and which system runs the next step.
- 03 Deliver Work ships to the right automation, person, or queue, with a trail you can trust.
What this is not
Everyday Automations scopes workflow automation and system connections across tools you already use.
- Not a chatbot product. We route operational work. Conversation AI can sit in a lane; it is not the product.
- Not a self-serve SaaS catalog. There is no public integration marketplace. We configure connections for your stack during onboarding.
- Not a CRM replacement. Keep the systems you already run. We sit at the junction and move work between them.
- Not plug-and-play for regulated workloads. We do not claim HIPAA or other certifications we have not earned. Safety-critical use needs written agreement first.
Where this fits
Starting points for a conversation. These are example junctions, not published case studies or customer logos.
- Client operations Triage inbound requests, assign owners, and push updates to CRM or project tools.
- Internal requests Turn Slack or email asks into tracked work, with clear escalation when automation stops.
- Automation handoffs When a bot hits an edge case, we switch the load to a person with full context.
Connects to the tools you already use
We sit at the junction. Integrations are configured for your environment during onboarding.
Google Workspace · Slack · CRM and ticketing · Custom webhooks · Cloudflare Workers
Names above are examples of systems we connect during onboarding, not a public integration catalog. What we wire up depends on your stack and what we configure together.
The practice
Everyday Automations is the operating business behind this site. Early work focuses on workflow automation, business integration, and managed systems: connecting tools you already run, with clear acceptance criteria.
- Defined scopes, not open hours. First conversations usually start with one stalled workflow: intake, switch, deliver.
- Early-access scoping ranges. Workflow Automation, Business Integration, and Managed Business Systems live on Pricing as starting points, customized in onboarding.
- Roadmap, not a catalog. Reusable software comes after repeatable delivery. Pre-revenue; no claim of customers already live. Honest answers live in the FAQ.
Book 15 minutes. Bring one workflow.
On the call we map what you are moving between systems and whether an Everyday Automations scope is a fit. Early access means we write acceptance criteria with you. Starting ranges live on Pricing; timeline and onboarding answers live in the FAQ.
Brian reads every note and usually replies within a few business days. After you book, reply to the invite with the tools you use if you already know them.
