Early access notice
Terms of use
These terms cover early-access Switchyard work and related Everyday Automations scoping conversations started from this site. Everyday Automations is pre-revenue and has not published corporate registration details here. See the privacy notice for how contact data is handled.
Early access
Switchyard is offered as early access on a best-effort basis while we learn with design partners. Features, timelines, and delivery methods can change until we lock them in a written outline for your project.
Scope, fees, and third-party costs
Public pricing ranges are scoping starting points, not a buy-now catalog. Final fees, acceptance criteria, and support boundaries are set in writing before build. Third-party SaaS fees stay on your accounts unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your configurations and our independence
Configurations we build for you belong to your business. Everyday Automations develops Switchyard independently and does not import confidential materials from other organizations into your environment.
Regulated and safety-critical use
Do not rely on Switchyard for safety-critical or regulated workloads until we agree on terms in writing. We do not represent HIPAA compliance or other certifications we have not earned.
No warranty beyond the written outline
Until a written outline exists, early access is informational and exploratory. Once an outline is signed or otherwise accepted, that document controls deliverables, timelines, and remedies for that engagement.
